Is Darwin’s Data A Scam?

Is Darwin's Data a scam
I’ve heard about how you can get paid for being a mock juror online for years. There are plenty of sites I have signed up for but I never got a single invitation from any of them. But then I found Darwin’s Data.

Darwin’s Data Mock Juror Surveys

Darwin’s Data is a survey company but instead of the usual marketing surveys that ask a million questions about the cheese you buy, they send out studies about legal disputes. Generally, they’ll show you some videos of people explaining cases and then ask for your opinions. For your efforts, they’ll reward you with a $25 Tango gift card. (Which I usually just use to get an Amazon gift card.)
It’s important to only accept surveys from Darwin’s Data when you know you have enough time to complete it in one sitting. They don’t let you save your progress and come back later. And if you don’t complete the survey in one setting they won’t let you take it again. They’ll tell you in the e-mail about how long you need. From my experience, it’s usually about an hour.
In my experience with Darwin’s Data, they don’t send you a lot of surveys. In fact, I’ve only gotten about 4 or 5 surveys in all the time I’ve been using them. But they’re a good, legit company and I’ve never had any issues with getting paid. A $25 gift card isn’t too bad for an hour or so of work. I prefer to get the Amazon gift card because you can buy pretty much anything there.
If you want to sign up just go to and go to the “request an invite” page. They’ll send you a signup e-mail but it might take a little while for them to send it. Make sure you keep an eye out for it and make sure it doesn’t get marked as “spam”.
