I’m a huge fan of living healthy and I believe that eating right and taking the right supplements is an important key to maintaining good health. But I also know that it can be hard to find decent supplements. Often times, you end up with something that doesn’t work at all but in worst case scenarios you might end up with something that isn’t pure and has dangerous substances in it. What Is Ashwaganda?
Ashwaganda is an herbal supplement that provides neuroprotection, anti-cancer effects, and can help with anxiety. Basically, it’s an adaptogen, which means it helps the body cope with stress. It can help with insomnia and stress-related depression. It is also known for its ability to reduce cortisol levels.
I learned about ashwaganda about two years ago and it’s helped me ever since. I no longer have horrible trouble falling asleep at night and I can tell my anxiety has gotten a lot better. But I was taking it in powder form, which to be honest, is pretty gross. So I was pretty excited when I found this herb in a capsule form AND it’s organic and manufactured in an FDA registered facility in the US.
Using KSM-66 Ashwaganda
I decided to switch over from the powdered supplement I was using to this one and I think this one might actually be a little better. It’s much easier to consume in capsule form, I can tell you that much. I’m still doing great with my anxiety and stress but now I have the added benefit of feeling like I can think and concentrate better.
There are many supplements I’ve tried that didn’t seem to make much of a difference for me but Ashwaganda is one of the few I take because I always notice that I feel better when I take it.
