Since I’ve been working so hard on getting healthier, I’ve decided to start looking into MCT oils. They have a lot of benefits. It can be hard to get enough from your diet alone though. But it’s definitely worth getting MCT oils into your diet (either through food or supplements). MCT oils can support weight loss, help provide energy for your brain, fight yeast and bacterial growth, and help control glucose levels. I’ve already lost 30 pounds but I have 30 more to go so I can use all the help I can get. 🙂 Not to mention, I’m also pre-diabetic so I’m happy to have support in that area too. So I decided to try out Vibranelle MCT oil.
Vibranelle MCT Oil
What’s so great about this stuff? It’s A non-GMO MCT oil made of 60% Caprylic acid and 40% capric acid. It’s easy to digest (which is awesome because I’ve tried similar products that upset my stomach pretty bad but so far this hasn’t). It can give you an energy and mood boost. These oils can be converted to ketones which the brain can easily run on. So if you need an energy boost (which I often do) these can really help.
Vibranelle Premium MCT oil is made in the USA, by an FDA registered facility so it meets GMP standards which means it has the strength, composition, purity, and quality that is on the label.
Results Since Using MCT Oil
I’ve been taking this stuff for a little over a week but I already have more energy and my mood has improved a lot. That’s pretty important for me since I have bipolar disorder and it’s hard for me to keep my mood up sometimes.
If you’d like to try it, it’s available on Amazon.
